I just wanted to pass on a comment to you on what an excellent asset John Guy is to your organisation. He has helped me bring in a couple of containers into Australia now and each time (thanks to my ignorance) I managed to make the task a whole lot harder than it needed to be. John has been extremely professional and supportive (and very patient) in turning what could have been a nightmare into a hassle-free and successful outcome. This was particularly true this week where I was unable to get the paperwork to him until the day the ship arrived, there were some customs/AQIS challenges, I had my own unique timing issues and yet John managed to get the container here on time and without any many dramas (for me at least). Please pass on my sincere thanks to John for all of his hard work and support, I will be delighted to continue using your company's services (though please tell John I will talk to him before shipment next time) and will also recommend your company to anyone that requires your services.
